A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required upon placing your order. This deposit secures your requested items and helps us prepare for your order with utmost care.

Full Payment:

The full payment for your order must be received by the beginning of the week in which your order is due. This allows us to efficiently manage our production schedule and deliver your fresh and delicious banana bread on time.

Order Cancellation:

Any order cancellation must be made at least 72 hours (3 days) before the due date. Cancellations made after this timeframe will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total order or half of your total order, whichever is greater. This fee covers costs associated with preparation and loss of potential sales.

Refund Policy:
